What's In It For Me?
A toast to the new year and your good health! Clink!
The flip of the calendar often brings reflection and the hypothetical reset button.
Well, here’s a fun fact to kick things off. Did you know being kind is actually GOOD for your health?? Turns out that warm and fuzzy feeling we get when doing nice deeds benefits us more profoundly than we can imagine. Continuing down the rabbit hole we discovered that kindness also improves sleep, relieves pain, lowers blood pressure and reduces stress.
Woah, right?
Kindness not only counts, it’s healthy! So if you're ever wondering “what’s in it for me?” (not you, of course;)...
